By purchasing SMS verification balance ("Balance") from Goodz SMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Goodz SMS provides SMS verification codes through a prepaid balance system. Users purchase Balance in fixed amounts (1€, 5€, 10€, 25€, 50€, or 100€) which can be redeemed for SMS verification codes on our platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of SMS verification codes complies with all applicable laws.

4. Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account or Balance to third parties.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to:

• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity.
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform.
• Automate purchases or exploit the system through bots or scripts.
• Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Balance & Redemption

• Purchased Balance is non-transferable and tied to your account.
• Balance does not expire unless your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.
• Goodz SMS reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Existing Balance is not affected by price changes.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability of specific verification numbers. Temporary outages or unavailability of certain services do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Goodz SMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of Balance purchased in the relevant transaction.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Remaining Balance may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
